You'll make an impact by:

  • Leading priority pursuits from qualification through to submission, presentation, client decision and debrief, with clear plans, responsibilities, deadlines and governance
  • Facilitating pursuit strategy sessions that define the client issue, winning strategy, value proposition, competitive differentiation and key messages.
  • Coordinating high-value proposals, tenders and presentations, bringing together Consulting leaders, subject matter experts and central teams to create accurate, compliant and compelling client content
  • Improving pipeline visibility and pursuit discipline through clear reporting, practical guidance, reusable content, post-pursuit reviews and coaching for client-facing teams

You will combine strong commercial judgement with practical delivery skills and be confident constructively challenging senior stakeholders.

Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:

  • A proven track record of leading complex, high-value and multi-stakeholder pursuits, bids or proposals within professional services or consulting

  • The confidence and credibility to advise Partners, Directors and senior leaders on opportunity prioritisation, pursuit investment and the strength of a proposed client approach
  • Excellent project management, writing, editing and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex input into clear, persuasive and client-focused messages
