The Role
The growth of Vault CRM is leading the way on future innovations around how life sciences engage customers, helping get lifesaving treatments to patients, faster. You will be making a true difference to people’s lives all around the world.
As a Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our commercial implementation projects in CRM and Events Management area. You'll work directly with top pharma organizations, leading business process due diligence and designing solutions that meet our customers' needs. Your expertise will be key to the on-time, high-quality delivery of our Veeva solutions built on the Vault platform, and you will have the opportunity to take on leading roles such as Project Manager, Solution Architect, Functional Analyst, or Configuration Specialist.
The ability to travel domestically and abroad is required (VISA not being handled by Veeva). The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and ideally one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, or Spanish. The role is ideally based in the area of a Veeva office (Barcelona, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Berlin), but other EU locations will be considered.
What You'll Do
- Implement Veeva Solutions: Participate in one or multiple Veeva product implementation or migration projects covering autonomously the assigned role (such as configuration specialist, functional analyst, solution architect, stream lead, project manager)
- Configure and Customize: Get hands-on with our Veeva CRM and Vault platforms, configuring and customizing solutions to meet our clients' specific needs
- Lead Client Engagements: Take ownership of client-facing activities, including leading workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training sessions. You will guide clients through the implementation process, from initial design to final delivery
- Provide Expert Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting the optimization and harmonization of their business processes. You will translate complex requirements into actionable and scalable solution designs
- Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with international teams to deliver projects with a focus on global scalability. Your contributions will ensure our foundational solutions are robust and ready for future market rollouts
- Grow Your Expertise: We'll invest in your professional development. You will have the opportunity to earn certifications on our platform and stay at the forefront of industry best practices
- Be Part of the Team: Collaborate proactively on internal initiatives and projects
Requirements
- Demonstrated 3+ years of consulting experience, within Life Sciences or adjacent industry
- 3+ years of hands-on SaaS technology implementation projects, in the following roles or similar: Configuration Specialist, Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, Business or Technical Consultant
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer-facing activities and stakeholder relationships
- Strong presentation skills and experience are essential
- Able to travel approximately 20%
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, or Italian

- Experience working on projects with a global scope or with international teams
- Understanding of Medical, Key Account Management, or Events Management
- Salesforce.com certification and implementation experiences
- Veeva certification and implementation experiences
- Major events management platforms (e.g. Cvent, SpotMe, On25) implementation experiences
- Experience in multichannel marketing
- Additional European language
