What you'll do
The Consultant, Talent and Leader Effectiveness supports the effective implementation of Talent and Leader Effectiveness programs across the enterprise, leveraging Workday expertise and subject matter knowledge to coordinate, administer, deliver, and measure Talent and Leader Effectiveness initiatives.
Manage end-to-end administration of Learning and Leadership Effectiveness programs on Workday, including content uploads, audience and campaign management, and content/functionality testing.
Serve as front-line support for cross-functional Learning Partners, ensuring successful program delivery in Workday, approving campaigns, and providing guidance and troubleshooting.
Support Workday Learning configuration, integrations, and enhancements, including system validation.
Coordinate logistics for live (in-person and virtual) Learning and Leadership Effectiveness programs, including communications, scheduling, room bookings, facilities, materials, and printing.
Administer assessments (e.g., DiSC, Glint 360), coaching cohorts, and other Learning and Leadership Effectiveness tools.
Lead the Learning and Leader Effectiveness Viva Engage community profile, authoring posts and managing community commentary.
Support Workday Talent configuration and enhancements, including impact assessment recommendations, scenario testing, and system validation.
Administer processes for the Enterprise Performance Program, including coordinating the goal setting, check-in, and year-end activities.
Administer processes for Talent Planning initiatives, including coordinating talent identification and success planning activities.
Provide consultation and guidance to business partners and cross-functional teams for successful program implementation.
Demonstrate functional and technical expertise by managing program group email inboxes and resolving Workday cases promptly.
Maintain Knowledge Base Articles, Quick Reference Guides, Help Text, Workbooks, and Security Profile Audits related to Talent and Leader Effectiveness programs.
As Reporting SME for Talent and Leader Effectiveness, identify reporting needs, generate reports, analyze key metrics, and share insights to support program management.

Expert knowledge of Workday Talent, Performance, and Learning modules and understanding of their integration within the broader ecosystem (asset).

Our typical hiring range is between $53,000 - $88,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
