Job Description

Why this role and why now?

Organizations worldwide are under pressure to get more value from their assets, faster. Ultimo is growing rapidly to meet that demand and that’s exactly why we’re looking for experienced Implementation Consultants who want to be at the heart of that transformation.

This is not a support or maintenance role. This is where strategy turns into execution, and where you see the impact of your work within months.

If you enjoy ownership, customer interaction, and delivering tangible results, this is your moment.

Your impact

As an Implementation Consultant at Ultimo, you help customers modernize their asset and maintenance operations using a best‑in‑class EAM platform. You work closely with customer stakeholders and internal experts to design, configure, and deliver solutions that actually get adopted.

You are trusted to lead not just to execute.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own end‑to‑end EAM implementations, from initial analysis through successful go‑live

  • Lead workshops and guide customers toward best‑practice asset and maintenance processes

  • Translate business needs into a scalable, high‑performing Ultimo configuration

  • Configure workflows, structures, integrations, and reporting in the platform

  • Run multiple projects in parallel while keeping scope, quality, and timelines tight

  • Enable users through training and hands‑on support during adoption

  • Collaborate closely with consulting peers, product teams, and support

  • Help evolve Ultimo’s implementation approach by sharing insights and lessons learned

Why Ultimo?

  • You work on high‑impact transformation projects, not long, abstract programs

  • You deliver visible value fast customers see results within months

  • You join a fast‑growing international SaaS company with clear ambition

  • You work in a pragmatic, results‑driven culture with experienced professionals

  • You get strong onboarding, continuous learning, and real career progression

  • Competitive compensation and benefits that grow with your impact

Qualifications

This role is ideal if you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience implementing EAM / CMMS solutions
(Ultimo, SAP PM, IBM Maximo, IFS, HxGN EAM, or similar)

  • Enjoy working in a consulting or project‑driven environment

  • Understand maintenance, asset management, and reliability concepts

  • Like combining business insight with technical configuration

  • Communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Are fluent in English and comfortable working internationally

  • Take ownership, act proactively, and genuinely care about customer success

  • You are legally allowed to work in the UK, NL, DE or BE, that is the country you are also located in whilst applying for this role (we unfortunately don’t provide sponsorship for this role in any of these countries, nor do we provide relocation packages).

Additional Information

At Ultimo, you’ll join more than just a workplace, you’ll become part of a vibrant community of over 300 colleagues united by a shared mission: empowering asset owners and technicians around the world. We’re passionate about making a difference every day, working together across disciplines to deliver real impact.

As part of Ultimo, you’ll help shape the future of AI-augmented Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). Whether you’re supporting customers or developing innovative solutions, your contribution plays a vital role in our vision to lead the global EAM industry, where human expertise and intelligent agents collaborate to drive reliability, safety, efficiency, and innovation.

Our culture is built on trust, determination, and customer success. We value transparency, accountability, and continuous learning. Through tailored growth opportunities and an environment that fosters creativity, flexibility, and problem-solving, we enable every Ultimo employee to thrive.

Together, we’re building a world where humans and AI work side-by-side empowering a global community of Asset Heroes who are redefining the future of maintenance and asset management.
