Job Description

Join TLA as a Conference Producer – Shape the Future of Legal and Financial Events

Are you curious, commercially aware, and passionate about creating engaging experiences? As a Conference Producer at TLA, you’ll take the lead in researching and developing compelling B2B events within the Legal and/or Financial sectors. This is a unique opportunity to own the content development process—from shaping the agenda and securing high-level speakers to ensuring the delivery of exceptional industry events.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Drive industry conversations by researching and writing your own conference programmes on timely and relevant topics.

  • Build your network through engaging with key business leaders via phone, video, and in-person meetings.

  • Take ownership of speaker acquisition and content development across multiple events.

  • Hone your project management skills by managing timelines, balancing priorities, and working with internal teams to deliver high-quality experiences.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Communicates confidently and naturally—whether on a call or in person.

  • Has a curious mind and enjoys deep-dive research and trend-spotting.

  • Is organized and able to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

  • Brings fresh ideas and is excited by the possibility of shaping new event concepts (with support from the team).

If you're looking for a role that combines strategic thinking, content creation, and stakeholder engagement, this is your chance to make an impact in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • You will have an entrepreneurial, intelligent, positive, and hard-working attitude.
  • You will be commercially astute with a constant desire to find out more about complex business/financial issues.
  • As such, you will have strong analytical research skills that enable you to build an understanding in the various niche financial/legal areas you will be investigating.
  • You will also be creative with strong self-drive, project management skills.
  • You will need to have no fear of researching with senior business professionals (often the heads of their departments, in technical areas of which you are unlikely to have prior experience).
