Whatever your role, you’ll join a global team redefining how industries connect, collaborate, and grow – working with some of the most talented people in the business.

Think that sounds good? Wait until our talent acquisition team tells you about the culture.

A bit about you

First things first: whatever your background, beliefs or ambitions, there’s a culture of belonging at Hyve — and everyone is welcome. The question isn’t where you’ve come from, but where you want to go.

You’ll thrive here if you’re curious, collaborative and not afraid to challenge convention. We look for people who take pride in what they do, who are excited by change and always moving forward. The kind of people who stay open, keep learning, and look for better ways to make an impact.

Our shared behaviours guide how we work: we dare to do things differently, own our work, embrace collaboration, stay true to ourselves and others, and remember that optimism wins.

If that sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.

As part of your job, you’ll be:

  • Demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking and work with the Senior Content Manager to interpret the wider event strategies into content  agendas
  • Project Management – working with the Senior Content Manager, Marketing, Sales and Operations  to deliver to multiple deadlines
  • Work with Senior Content Manager to build industry relationships and partnerships in support of event goals (Universities, Associations, etc.)

  • Work with associations to support/develop programmes where appropriate.
  • Write draft programmes based on market-tested feedback from meetings and research calls and input from advisory boards.
  • Speaker acquisition life cycle - identify, invite, confirm and manage speakers throughout the process, both speakers for live shows and digital content offerings.
  • Work closely with marketing and digital content to support the use of content in marketing campaigns.
  • Copywriting for marketing teams, including the content programmes (Women in Engineering and Future Engineers programmes)
  • Work with the Senior Content Manager to curate and provide digital content for the relevant event/exhibition and other digital channels, including the production of webinars   and thought leadership articles as required, especially in the context of current live event challenges.
  • Website content - ensure all content areas of the website are kept fully up to date and populated with latest industry news and views
  • Onsite Delivery – meticulous on-site execution of content to exceptional standards of customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Meet all deadlines in line with best practice and project timelines.

Here’s what we’re looking for from you:

  • Minimum 3 years’ commercial live event & digital content production experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in research, analysis and copywriting.
  • Commercially competent, creative with the ability to work across sales/content and marketing mix required to make the events grow and excel.
  • Experience of working to agreed targets and deadlines.
  • Experience of using webinar software packages to deliver webinars/online content
  • Experience of leading on content projects with the support of senior business stakeholders and showing initiative and innovative thinking to develop new content propositions to support event objectives (including revenue generation, building brand awareness and developing thought leadership)
  • Experience of speaking with and working with industry stakeholders across industries and geographies
  • Evidence of being a strong team player with the ability to be flexible and agile in a fast-paced environment
  • Happy to travel internationally as needed.
