Compliance & Quality Manager

Location: Reading

IQVIA are delighted to be partnering with a growing and highly reputable organisation to recruit a Compliance Manager. This is a key, high-impact role offering the opportunity to take ownership of compliance and quality across the business, working closely with pharmaceutical clients and healthcare provider accounts in a highly regulated environment.

Why Join?

This is not a traditional compliance role. You will be joining a growing, specialist organisation where compliance and quality are central to the business and where you'll have genuine ownership of the function.

As the subject matter expert for compliance, quality and governance, you'll have the opportunity to shape and develop frameworks across the organisation, working closely with senior leadership, pharmaceutical customers and technical teams.

What makes this opportunity particularly unique is the breadth of the role. Alongside leading GxP compliance and quality activities, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the company's integrated ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 Quality Management System, helping to ensure the organisation continues to meet the highest standards of quality, information security and regulatory compliance.

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy taking ownership, influencing stakeholders at all levels and balancing strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.

Whilst strong GxP experience is essential, we are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate experience or exposure to:

  • ISO 27001 and information security frameworks
  • Cyber security governance and risk management
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) within a regulated environment
  • Compliance activities supporting technology, software or SaaS businesses
  • Integrated Quality Management Systems combining ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
  • Working with engineering, IT, security or software development teams

What's on Offer?

  • A highly visible role with real autonomy and influence
  • Opportunity to own and shape the compliance function
  • Exposure to both life sciences compliance and information security disciplines
  • Collaborative and supportive culture
  • Growing business with an impressive and expanding pharmaceutical client base
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Hybrid working from Reading

Please note: sponsorship is not available for this opportunity.
