Job DescriptionYou will be working with the Compliance Officer to ensure all administration tasks are completed promptly to the highest standard.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the compliance officer to ensure compliance and auditing of staff records.
- Supporting all employability events including National Employability Day
- Assisting with the preparation of files and documents for internal and external audits.
- Assisting with audit corrections and actions set out by the compliance officer and operations manager.
- Ensuring the office is compliant and data security is adhered to.
- Co-ordinating the purchase of goods and supplies, ensuring that the Directorate obtains best possible value for money from suppliers and contractors.

QualificationsEducated to GCSE level
Essential criteria:
- Knowledge of financial systems and procedures
- Understanding of compliance and data security processes
- Team player
- Experience of petty cash reconciliation
- Previous experience in the employability/welfare sector

Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Full-time, permanent
