Provide administrative and organisational support to the Offender Management Unit at HMP Thameside. Duties include data entry and management, preparing meeting minutes, monitoring compliance with Key Performance Targets, liaising with external agencies, supporting case managers with processes (HDC, OCA), and covering colleagues as needed to ensure continuous service delivery.

Provide HR administrative support including using the ATS to publish roles, onboarding and background checks, issuing contracts, payroll and timesheet processing, absence and leaver administration, TUPE payroll/records implementation, support for grievance/disciplinary processes, and monitoring employment-related compliance (DBS renewals). Work closely with People team, Payroll, and Service Managers.

Provide administrative and data-management support for Young People & Families services: maintain case management systems and MHSDS submissions, manage referrals, safeguarding records, communications, meetings, finances, recruitment administration, events and social media support while ensuring GDPR and audit compliance.

Lead end-to-end development of high-value public sector bids and grant proposals. Manage bid strategy, stakeholder engagement, partners and governance to produce compliant, compelling submissions that secure funding and drive organisational growth.

Lead stakeholder and commissioner engagement to drive growth by building senior relationships, generating market intelligence, and coordinating place-based engagement. Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement strategy, improve engagement processes and systems, use CRM and data to inform pipeline and service development, and support governance, compliance and risk management.

Lead and develop the bids and proposals team to win public sector contracts and grants. Oversee bid resourcing, quality, compliance, commercial modelling, and bid governance. Act as Bid Director on strategic opportunities, improve bid processes and tools, and build internal and external partnerships to drive growth and impact.

Assist in delivering a quality curriculum by supporting students with tasks, managing behavior, and implementing lesson plans alongside teachers.

The Teaching Assistant will support students in completing tasks, manage behavioral issues, deliver SEN interventions, and assist teachers in implementing lesson plans.
