Provides financial wellbeing support to adult males on probation, managing a caseload and assessing debt, benefits, banking, and financial needs. Develops action plans, supports access to entitlements and services, collaborates with local agencies, and promotes independent financial management. Maintains accurate case records, manages workloads, and contributes to service improvement. The role requires frequent travel across London, hybrid working, and successful completion of enhanced DBS and justice-sector vetting checks.

Provide expert employee-relations and wellbeing support to managers and colleagues, managing ER casework, sickness reviews, occupational-health liaison, complex absence and capability matters, and conflict resolution. The role also supports bids, TUPE, redundancy, data collection, risk management, process improvement, and manager capability building within the People Team.

Assist in delivering a quality curriculum by supporting students with tasks, managing behavior, and implementing lesson plans alongside teachers.
