Lead internal and commissioner contract assurance audits across national services, produce RAG ratings, reports and improvement plans, manage compliance calendar and admin hub, train staff on evidencing and validation, collate impact and satisfaction data, support accreditation and ISO-related projects, and analyse data to identify themes to improve service delivery.

Assist in delivering a quality curriculum by supporting students with tasks, managing behavior, and implementing lesson plans alongside teachers.

The Teaching Assistant will support students in completing tasks, manage behavioral issues, deliver SEN interventions, and assist teachers in implementing lesson plans.
