Compliance Analyst

London | Hybrid | Full-time

Citynet Insurance Brokers, part of PIB Group, is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join our first-line Compliance team in the heart of London's insurance market. You'll support the Compliance Officer in delivering our Compliance Monitoring Plan, producing MI and regulatory reporting, and helping drive better outcomes for our customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone with compliance monitoring experience who wants to build their knowledge of the London wholesale insurance market, and to develop into a well-rounded regulatory compliance professional within a supportive, growing group.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conducting monthly horizon scanning to track regulatory and policy developments

  • Performing sanctions screening

  • Supporting the design and maintenance of controls for Consumer Duty and Product Governance

  • Preparing and delivering monthly Compliance MI and reports to the management team

  • Logging and managing breaches, complaints, and errors & omissions, including root cause investigation

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in compliance monitoring activities

  • Understanding of key regulatory risks facing insurance brokers

  • Knowledge of the Lloyd's and non-Lloyd's commercial insurance market, and how business is placed and distributed

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice to Have

  • A compliance, risk, or governance qualification (e.g. ICA, ICSR, CII, ACAMS)

  • Experience preparing reports for senior management

  • FCA Handbook knowledge and awareness of current regulatory focus areas (Consumer Duty, SM&CR, product governance)
