As a Compensation Analytics Associate in the Compensation team, you will support strategic compensation priorities across multiple countries by delivering analysis, insights, and advisory to recruiters, HR advisors, and managers. You will play a key role in driving compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, global gender pay gap reporting requirements, and country-specific compensation policies. Your ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights will help strengthen governance, enhance decision-making, and advance the firm's global compensation practices.
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead global gender pay gap reporting processes, including methodology development, analysis, automation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive initiatives supporting compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and other compensation-related regulatory requirements.
  • Advise stakeholders on compensation policies, regulatory developments, and associated control enhancements.
  • Lead and contribute to country-level and firmwide compensation projects.
  • Deliver complex analyses and reporting that support senior management decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve compensation tools, reporting, and processes.
  • Monitor project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Assess compensation-related risks and support the development of effective controls.
  • Simplify and enhance programs, policies, and processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global HR, business, and compensation teams to drive consistent and compliant practices.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, Consulting, or another analytical environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and high proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate analysis into compelling business narratives.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and strong operational discipline when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to build effective partnerships and influence stakeholders across functions and locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain operational controls and governance processes.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and a continuous learning mindset.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in compensation analytics, pay equity, or remuneration governance.
  • Knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive, gender pay gap reporting, or other compensation-related regulations.
  • Experience using business intelligence, reporting, or data visualization tools.
  • Exposure to process automation, AI, or workflow optimization solutions.
  • Experience working in a global or multinational organization.
