Company Lawyer / Legal Corporate Officer
Amsterdam, Netherlands
Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Permanent, full time or 1-year fixed term

Some of the things you'll be doing

• Ensuring that the clients' client entities are in good legal standing and are compliant with local & international legislation and regulations
• Assisting with setting up and managing corporate-, fund- and private legal structures;
• Assisting the clients' client entities with corporate secretarial support & transactional assistance
• Enabling the clients to meet their timelines in relation to all legal & regulatory matters;
• Keeping the records of the client entities up to date
• Supporting in managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders such as advisors, authorities, etc.
• Strengthening and sustaining our reputation as a proactive provider of trust and corporate services
• Acting as a gatekeeper and making sure we protect the financial system, and WFT ("Wet Financieel Toezicht") regulations

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

• A minimum of 2-4 years of working experience within the trust, financial services industries, and/or law firms.
• Corporate secretarial background.
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
