Community Talk Team Advisor
£25,430 plus excellent benefits (Work Level 6C)

We’re looking for a Community Talk Team Advisor to join our Estate Planning team here at Co-op Legal Services.  

It’ll be up to you to reach out and connect with community groups across England and Wales, co-ordinating free Estate Planning talks that help people access information and support. You’ll build and maintain relationships with organisations and plan talks for our consultants to attend, playing a key part in promoting our services.

In this role you’ll reach out to a wide range of community groups, helping to close the gap for people who may not know how to begin with wills and estate planning or struggle to access this information. Our service offers free learning sessions, advice, and will‑writing appointments. Allowing Co-op Legal Services to do right by our communities.


What you’ll do 

  • Call and engage a variety of different groups and organisations
  • Liaise with the Admin team to schedule talks for our Estate Planning consultants 
  • Maintain relationships with external group leaders, understanding the needs of different audiences
  • Order and send infographics, that will support our messaging within community groups 
  • Manage feedback from external partners and handle associated admin tasks 

What you’ll bring

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills 
  • Experience of handling inbound and outbound calls 
  • The ability to create and maintain strong relationships with external partners 
  • A proactive, confident approach to contacting a variety of different organisations
  • Good IT skills and experience with Microsoft applications such as Word and Teams
  • Great organisational skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload
