As a Funeral Director, you'll manage client relationships, conduct funeral ceremonies, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide compassionate support to families.

As a Funeral Arranger, you will support clients in arranging funerals, maintain the cleanliness of the funeral home, manage documentation, and assist in the care of the deceased while ensuring high levels of empathy and professionalism.

Provide mobile, client-facing funeral arrangement and branch support across ~17 Purley-area funeral homes. Duties include meeting clients, scheduling, updating client records, basic invoicing, maintaining branch presentation, using digital devices and client-management systems, and assisting with manual handling and care of the deceased. Role includes solo branch responsibility, travel between sites, and completion of training and pre-employment checks.

Provide specialist regulatory compliance advice on SRA standards, data protection, AML, complaints and negligence claims. Draft and review policies, support client onboarding and due diligence, manage DSARs and data breaches, conduct file audits, oversee PII and practising certificate renewals, and govern contractual relationships with business partners.

Own category performance by turning customer insight and sales data into range, pricing and promotional decisions. Influence senior partners, support category strategy, launch own-label products, brief commercial teams on cost/margin, and support forecasting and budgeting.

As a Funeral Plan Arranger, you'll guide clients in planning funeral services, manage your calendar, provide support to branch teams, and maintain accurate documentation with empathy and professionalism.

Provide compassionate end-to-end funeral services: act as main client contact, manage funerals and team, ensure KPIs and regulated work compliance, prepare/transport and care for the deceased, participate in on-call rota, complete required pre-employment checks.

Provide mobile, client-facing funeral arranging and support across a regional patch. Duties include meeting clients, managing funeral documentation and invoicing using digital systems, maintaining branch standards, assisting with manual handling and personal care of the deceased, and supporting regulated funeral plan sales after FCA checks. Training and accreditation provided.
