Own category performance across product ranges, pricing, promotions, and customer propositions. Use customer insight, sales data, and market trends to recommend commercial actions, support category strategy, launch own-label products, and influence trading teams and partners. Responsibilities also include reviewing performance, briefing teams on cost and margin plans, and supporting forecasting and budgeting.

Deliver training and communications that improve colleagues’ data literacy and adoption of data products. Manage probate cases from start to finish using a case management system and AI tools, while ensuring client satisfaction and team collaboration.

Manage and develop a team of senior and lead probate case managers, ensure high-quality legal advice and case progression, provide technical audit support, champion client service, and drive continuous improvement.
