Manage probate cases from start to finish using a case management system and AI tools, while ensuring client satisfaction and team collaboration.

Design, implement and improve security tools and platforms across cloud, SaaS and enterprise environments. Evaluate and adopt new and AI-enabled security technologies, support observability and telemetry, lead technical incident investigations, ensure compliance with security architecture and governance, and influence stakeholders to embed security best practices.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects across infrastructure, platforms, applications, data, cloud and security. Manage plans, budgets, risks, governance and stakeholder communications; coordinate technical teams to ensure timely, secure, high-quality outcomes while supporting benefit realisation and delivery practices.

Conduct respectful phone and video consultations with clients about probate and estate administration. Explain services clearly, assess client needs, guide decisions, manage cases with digital systems, and work to KPIs as part of a remote team. Full training and ongoing support provided; no prior legal experience required.

Lead financial management of SAP transformation programmes: oversee budgets, forecasts and spend; monitor business case performance and benefits realisation; provide financial insight to programme leaders and senior stakeholders; produce governance reporting; manage project cost centres and maintain financial controls.

Analyse membership and CRM data to produce insights that inform engagement and membership strategy. Source and manipulate data from multiple systems, run statistical analyses, deliver regular and ad-hoc reports, create visualisations, present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and contribute to cross-functional projects to improve member outcomes.
