Supports families with funeral arrangements, client communication, documentation, invoicing, and family visits. Maintains a clean and welcoming funeral home, manages records and digital systems, and refers regulated funeral-plan work appropriately. Assists with the preparation, care, viewing, transportation, and manual handling of deceased individuals and coffins while following health, safety, dignity, and regulatory standards.

Arrange and coordinate funerals across multiple funeral homes, supporting families in person and by phone. Maintain welcoming, safe branches; manage documentation, invoicing, and client records; and follow regulatory procedures. Duties also include transporting and preparing deceased individuals, moving coffins, and assisting with family viewings. The role requires empathy, discretion, accurate administration, independent working, technology skills, and a full UK driving licence.
