Design, build, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Copilot Studio agents, Dataverse integrations, and Power Automate Desktop RPA. Translate business requirements into scalable architectures, improve processes through AI and automation, troubleshoot platform solutions, support governance, and provide technical coaching to engineers and citizen developers.

Provide mobile funeral arranging services: meet clients, arrange visits, handle enquiries, maintain branch standards, manage digital records and invoicing, assist with care and safe handling of the deceased, and perform general administrative duties.

Supports families with funeral arrangements, client communication, family visits, documentation, invoicing, and record updates. Maintains a clean and welcoming funeral home, handles basic administrative and digital tasks, and assists with coffin movement and the preparation and care of deceased individuals for viewing. Full training is provided, and the role requires empathy, discretion, accuracy, communication skills, and physical ability.
