Manage Co-op's indirect tax reporting and compliance (VAT and Plastic Packaging Tax), handle HMRC enquiries and audits, provide proactive tax advice, support forecasting and tax cashflow, identify process improvements, work on corporate development tasks, and coach junior staff to strengthen tax controls and governance.

Provide mobile funeral arranging services: meet clients, arrange visits, handle enquiries, maintain branch standards, manage digital records and invoicing, assist with care and safe handling of the deceased, and perform general administrative duties.
