Arrange and coordinate funerals while supporting bereaved families in person and by phone. Maintain accurate arrangements, documentation, invoicing, and client records using digital systems. Keep the funeral home safe, clean, and welcoming; report maintenance issues; and assist with coffin handling and the preparation, transportation, and personal care of deceased individuals. Previous funeral industry experience is not required because full training is provided.

Provides compassionate funeral services, leads ceremonies and teams, supports families, manages client relationships, and ensures service standards, KPIs, health and safety, and regulated-work requirements are met. Duties include preparation, transportation, and personal care of deceased individuals. The role also involves branch support, business and managerial responsibilities, on-call rota participation, and community relationship building.

Duties include preparation, transportation, and personal care of deceased individuals, with on-call evening and weekend responsibilities. The role requires commercial awareness, empathy, attention to detail, managerial capability, and a UK manual driving licence.
