We’re looking for an experienced Community Manager to support our social strategy, encourage engagement and build a loyal community.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a market leading community strategy that will proactively engage with our community, attract new community managers, and underpin our customer experience.
  • Be a data superstar who can take lots of data and turn it into actionable insights for multiple stakeholders.
  • Run community and brand social engagement across our channels (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Be responsible for fostering engagement, building relationships and maintaining the integrity of our communities.
  • Work alongside the social team, customer service team, and wider marketing stakeholders to prioritise and align the strategy to the needs of the community.
  • Innovate in how we can turn customers into superfans.
  • Be the voice of the customer within our business, ensuring that they feel heard by responding to enquiries and feedback. 
  • Ideate and innovate new ways to seed content out to new audiences

Requirements:

  • Worked in a community management, marketing, customer service or social media role for at least 4 years.
  • Experience with social media platforms and knowledge of their differences and nuances.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and ability to analyse data and turn into insights and recommendations for the team.
  • The ability to develop creative, engaging and original social-first community content.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle multiple projects at once

Nice to have:

  • Content creation: Experience with content creation themselves and comfortable with Adobe products, Figma etc.
  • Industry experience: Experience within fintech/trading industry is preferred but not essential
