About the roleJoin an outstanding team at the forefront of AI communications and help shape the story of one of Europe’s leading applied AI companies. In this high-stakes, high-visibility role, you will lead Faculty’s external narrative, securing top-tier global media coverage and positioning our founders as world-class thought leaders.
You will act as a senior advisor to the C-suite, translating complex AI breakthroughs into compelling stories that demonstrate how we deliver safe, impactful technology to benefit humanity.
What you'll be doing:Securing consistent top-tier coverage in global media to highlight how Faculty’s history, impact, and people are unique within the AI landscape.
Owning corporate messaging and narrative development to ensure our external positioning remains thoughtful, punchy, and news-generating.
Building and scaling executive communications, delivering high-visibility speakerships and earned media to differentiate the public profiles of our senior leaders.
Advising C-suite leaders on all external communication matters, earning trust through strategic judgement and a bias for delivery.
Showcasing high-impact client projects by collaborating with technical teams to highlight the real-world benefits of safe AI deployment.
Cultivating strong cross-functional relationships to transform industry insights into a world-class external communications programme.
You bring a deep, trusted book of global business, technology, and financial media contacts with a proven history of placing high-impact stories.
You possess exceptional writing skills, with the ability to precisely draft everything from executive keynotes to complex corporate narratives.
You have a sharp nose for a story and the strategic mindset to align global communications with overarching business goals.
You are an expert at technical translation, comfortably distilling complex AI concepts into plain English for diverse, non-technical audiences.
You demonstrate high autonomy and resilience, thriving in a fast-paced, complex scale-up environment where you can challenge the status quo.
You exhibit deep subject matter expertise in AI, understanding both the transformative benefits for enterprises and the associated risks.
