 Explore your future career  🔭

As the Commercial Training & Team Development Lead, your mission is to accelerate revenue by equipping our commercial teams with the skills, playbooks, knowledge and AI-driven workflows needed to achieve peak performance.

You will lead a high-performing team of 4 to ensure that from the moment a new "Malter" joins the Commercial team, they are supported by a world-class onboarding journey, a robust continuous learning roadmap, and cutting-edge AI tools that make them 10x more effective.

You are the bridge between commercial strategy and frontline execution.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Own the Commercial Training Roadmap: Orchestrate the long-term strategy to upskill our teams. You are responsible for ensuring the roadmap aligns with commercial targets, while empowering your team to execute the individual components.

  • Strategic Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of alignment for Product, Marketing, and Ops leadership. You ensure their updates are prioritized and integrated into the sales flow, providing the "Commercial Intake" framework for your team to execute.

  • Architect of AI Integration: Set the vision for the Commercial AI Enabler to ensure AI capabilities are designed and implemented efficiently within Commercial.

  • Govern the Commercial Knowledge Ecosystem: Define the standards for our "Single Source of Truth" (Notion). You ensure the Training Specialists and SMEs maintain a high-quality and up to date knowledge.

  • Establish the Measurement Framework: Define the KPIs for success (certification rates, ramp-up time).

  • Empower & Mentor a High-Performing Team: Lead and coach a team of four (2x Training Specialists, 1x AI Enabler, 1x Onboarding PM). Your success is measured by their growth, the quality of their delivery, and the "joy and energy" they bring to the commercial org.

About you 🧑‍🚀

  • Experience: 7+ years in Sales Enablement, L&D, or Commercial Leadership within a fast-paced SaaS or Marketplace environment.

  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing and developing individual contributors. You know how to turn a group of specialists into a cohesive unit.

  • Commercial Sharpness: You understand the "Sales Reality." You don't build a training program for the sake of training; you build it to move the needle on revenue.

  • AI Enthusiast: You are excited by the "Commercial AI Enabler" role and understand how to leverage AI to automate and bring efficiency gains to the Commercial lifecycle.

  • Communication: Perfect fluency in English. You can lead a room (virtual or physical) and influence senior stakeholders with ease.

  • Tech Stack: Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, Notion, and modern LMS/Enablement platforms.

How to join the mission? 🚀

  • First call with Agathe, our Talent Acquisition Lead, to better understand your background, aspirations, and answer any questions you may have. (30-45 minutes)

  • Interview with your future manager, Matthieu, to delve into your experience and our team development roadmap. (45-60 minutes)

  • Case study in order to assess your technical skills

  • Final interview with a C-level executive to discuss Malt’s long-term vision and how talent development fuels our success

Malt is the perfect space to thrive personally and professionally 💫

- Onboarding: Before easing into your new role, you’ll spend your first week learning about our culture, products, and services with other new joiners at our office in Paris
- Equity: Every Malter is entitled to stock options
- Lunch vouchers (legal benefit): €9/day on your Swile card
- Transportation (legal benefit): 50% reimbursement (any type of transport)
- Healthcare insurance (legal benefit)

- Sports: Company participation to a Gymlib (Wellpass) membership
- Malt sabbatical: Every three years, all Malters are entitled to a one month fully paid sabbatical leave

- Remote work: Hybrid policy balancing on-site and home office
- Team building events organized every year
