  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy for the European Online Retail 'Commercial Training Academy', aligned with JD Worldwide business objectives
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that cover 1P business, supply chain, merchandising, and retail strategy
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions
  • Guide and develop a European team of category leads (Category Captains) to support the roll out and delivery of training programs under the Academy portfolio or development products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure training programs remain relevant and effective
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven decisions to improve the academy’s impact
