Job Description

We have an opportunity for a hardworking Commercial Sales Analyst to join our team in London, United Kingdom. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales strategy by providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimise our sales performance.

  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and provide analytical support
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Create and deliver insightful presentations to senior management on sales performance and forecasts
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase sales effectiveness and efficiency
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of sales initiatives and campaigns
  • Assist in the development of sales targets and quotas based on historical data and market trends
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance sales operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales analysis or a related role
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with CRM software and sales management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • Proven track record of providing actionable insights to drive sales performance
  • Understanding of sales metrics and effective sales operations
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in relevant industries
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
