Job DescriptionAbout the Role

Based in London, UK, you'll report to the Sales Operations Manager and serve as a critical partner to Sales management teams across Europe, ANZ, and our Distributor Markets. This is a London-based position with no travel required—you'll collaborate with global teams virtually.

As Commercial Operations Manager, you'll be the vital link between Global Consumer Sales and cross-functional teams. You'll drive process improvements, manage strategic initiatives, and ensure seamless communication between sales, product, marketing, and our retail partners.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract role limited to one year with possibility to extend.

What You'll Do
  • Design and implement communication frameworks that keep Sales teams informed of critical business and product decisions
  • Act as the bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales teams, translating strategies into actionable insights
  • Lead global business improvement initiatives, including RFPs and and other initiatives to support our go to market model, including sales, service and logistics
  • Create, optimize, and manage sales operations processes to improve efficiency
  • Lead end-to-end project management for annual global partner contract negotiations
  • Ensure Bose contracts with customers on terms that protect and advance business interests
  • Coordinate product launches, end-of-life transitions, and pricing updates across all channels
  • Deliver timely support to sales teams and retail partners on performance metrics and operational needs
What You'll Bring

Essential Experience

  • 5-10 years in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Project Management roles
  • Proven track record working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Experience driving process improvements and managing internal communications
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results without direct authority
  • Deep understanding of consumer electronics retail operations

Skills & Capabilities

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional service orientation with ability to balance partner needs against business objectives
  • Natural collaborator who thrives on building relationships across departments and geographies
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating virtually with international teams
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a strong plus)
  • Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or PMI certifications are valued but not required
