About the Opportunity 

Nuclear Power Programmes has been formed with the vision to support positive change and help shape the future of Nuclear Power. Operational throughout the UK and across continental Europe, we are seeking to expand our team on a variety of nuclear projects, which range in technologies and that find themselves at different stages of their development. To do this, we are seeking to continuously employ talented individuals to join our diverse team that are excited about nuclear projects and are committed to Net Zero, and Energy Security.

In both client facing and internal roles we are delivering major programme and project management capabilities throughout the project lifecycle. We are driving to deliver safe, high quality and to time solutions by thinking innovatively and working collaboratively.

Responsibilities will include:

People & Leadership

  • Ensure compliant, ethical, and efficient commercial operations.

  • Drive innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

  • Manage contracts end-to-end (suppliers, procurement, change, payments, final accounts).

  • Lead commercial teams and resolve complex challenges proactively.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

We’re looking for a proven and experienced Senior Commercial Manager, with experience in FIDIC and NEC 3&4 suite of contracts and major projects, as well as knowledge of UK law and its impact upon the contracts and commercial function. You’ll also demonstrate a good understanding of procurement, contract performance measurement, risk, change and claim management.

You’ll be able to work across multiple discipline teams to develop, implement, and operate commercial strategies and contractual agreements. You’ll have a big-picture view and be able to develop and execute innovative approaches to commercial delivery for the benefit of the project.

Member of the RICS / CICES / IOB / CIPS or equivalent professional body is desirable.
