Amentum seeks active eDV-cleared professionals for project management, programme delivery, PMO, systems engineering, enterprise architecture, business analysis, and transformation roles supporting UK national security programmes. Candidates will work in multidisciplinary teams on complex, highly secure government projects, engaging stakeholders and delivering outcomes across the project lifecycle. Roles are based in London, South West England, or Manchester, with at least four days per week on customer sites and possible programme-related travel.

Supervise electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities across water and wastewater facilities. Coordinate contractors, site teams, and multidisciplinary stakeholders while ensuring compliance with designs, standards, safety procedures, and regulations. Oversee LV/HV systems, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, motors, generators, VSDs, and control-system integration. Leads process engineering and supervision for water and wastewater treatment projects. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing process designs, calculations, specifications, PFDs and P&IDs; selecting and sizing equipment; conducting hydraulic and treatment assessments; mentoring engineers; coordinating multidisciplinary teams; participating in HAZOPs and risk assessments; and supporting construction, commissioning, troubleshooting and performance testing while ensuring safety, quality, environmental and regulatory compliance.

Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of PLC, SCADA, telemetry, and instrumentation systems for water and wastewater projects. Lead civil works delivery for nuclear projects (Sizewell C), overseeing SSCs, coordinating multidisciplinary design/procurement, managing contracts, risks, costs, schedules, and lessons-learned throughout the project lifecycle to ensure safe, timely delivery.

Senior leadership role accountable for establishing the Client's Design Authority, ensuring engineering, licensing, safety and technical governance for a GW-scale nuclear new-build. Provide oversight of the EPC consortium, drive integration across delivery phases, lead regulatory engagement, manage technical risks, and develop engineering capability for transition to owner/operator.
