Supports the Sizewell C Integrated Management System by developing, reviewing, updating, retiring, and publishing controlled documentation. Coordinates procedure pipelines, process improvement activities, governance, and stakeholder communications. Maintains records, process models, reports, and system data while ensuring safety, compliance, quality, and procedural standards. Provides coaching to subject matter experts and project leaders, monitors work progress, escalates delays, and promotes IMS adoption across the business.

Leads support for the Sizewell C Integrated Management System by developing, reviewing, and maintaining procedures; managing the procedure pipeline; coordinating process improvements; modeling processes; presenting KPIs; and ensuring regulatory, safety, compliance, and quality requirements are met. The role also coordinates IMS Analyst workloads, supports procedure publication, maintains project records, and promotes IMS implementation across the organization.

Provides technical leadership across major UK water and wastewater infrastructure programmes. Leads multidisciplinary engineering teams, establishes technical strategies and governance, oversees design assurance and technical risks, and supports delivery from feasibility through commissioning and handover. The role manages stakeholders, promotes innovation and low-carbon solutions, mentors engineers, and contributes to water-sector bids and business development.
