About the Role: As a Learning and Development Manager at Lloyd's Academy, you'll design and deliver innovative learning solutions that empower insurance professionals worldwide. You'll lead curriculum development, implement blended learning solutions, and ensure our programmes meet the highest standards. 

 

You will have the opportunity to 

 

  • Lead the development of the Lloyd’s Academy curriculum to ensure a blended set of learning solutions that meet audience needs and align with commercial objectives. 

  • Design, develop and implement blended learning solutions including face-to-face, virtual and e-learning. 

  • Manage learning solutions including management of third parties, programme coordination, sourcing participants, programme communication. 

  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to stakeholders, to ensure learning takes place in the most effective way. 

  • Promote Lloyd’s Academy programmes to target audiences to maximise uptake. 

  • Design, develop and manage systems for measuring the effectiveness of the learning solutions within your curriculum.

  • Proven ability to build, design, and deliver high-quality learning programmes, applying learning methodologies and best practice.  

  • Highly organised with strong planning, project management, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. 

  • Creative and innovative thinker, comfortable challenging the status quo. 

  • Collaborative team player, comfortable working in a global, multi-disciplinary environment.
