Job DescriptionJohn Crane is strengthening our early career offering and we have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Excellence & Process Transformation Intern to join our commercial team in Slough. You will lead initiatives focused on strengthening commercial governance, streamlining business processes, and supporting the digital transformation of critical commercial workflows.
The successful candidate will receive structured training on our Dry Gas Seal products, commercial processes, approval workflows, business systems, and project management methodologies.
Full training will be given so you will be able to:
- Review existing Commercial Tracking Form structure and outputs.
- Improve data capture quality and consistency.
- Develop reporting and dashboard solutions.
- Analyse commercial trends and performance indicators.
- Recommend governance and reporting improvements.
- Support development of a scalable global solution
- Create reporting dashboards and user guidance documentation

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, or similar digital tools is desirable.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
