As the Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will sit at the heart of our strategic planning and decision-making processes. Your role will involve providing valuable analysis and insights to drive sustainable top-line growth, margin improvement and development of new business streams.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with divisional heads to provide financial analysis, insight and recommendations to support business on strategic and tactical decisions
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand key revenue drivers,
- Budgeting and forecasting to support annual planning, forecasting and 3-year plan development
- Preparation of monthly management reporting, variance analysis and commentary for senior management
- Building and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on business performance, trends and variances
- Working with teams to identify and track KPIs, and develop action plans to improve results

- Exceptional communication conveying complex financial information in a simple way
- Analytically curious with a strong attention to detail
What we are looking for
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- 1-3 years experience in a Commercial Finance/FP&A environment
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
- Loves data and has excellent analytical, financial modelling and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Able to both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
