We've built and scaled one of the world's largest B2B affiliate programs and recently won Team Of The Year and Growth Team of the Year at MVF. The Partner Account Executive is ultimately responsible for the enablement, growth and management of a portfolio of affiliate partners and publishers across the US, Europe and around the world. You will help MVF's partners grow their businesses by finding effective ways for them to monetize their content, through various commercial models and products from MVF, including Revenue-per-Click (RPC) and/or Revenue-per-Lead (RPL) payment models. You will be assigned your own portfolio of accounts, as well as support the sales team on certain key strategic accounts. This role will also require monthly ownership of reporting and billing to ensure a seamless experience for our partners.

The Role

Responsibilities:
Partner Enablement, Management and Growth
- Coordinate and manage the successful onboarding of new partners
- Analyze and identify opportunities to grow partner revenue and gross profit in collaboration with the Partnerships Operations team and negotiate with partners to increase sales (campaigns, categories, territories and channels, ...)
- Drive account planning for long-term growth/partnership
- Prepare and run monthly and quarterly business reviews with partners
- Raise alerts in a responsive manner in case of performance drops, issues/churn risk. Facilitate effective communication between partners and MVF
- Manage and provide full support for every account in your portfolio
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks (performance monitoring, reporting, base comms about pricing and logo changes, invoicing, ...)
- Research, build and update a pipeline of multinational affiliate partners to support the sales team
- Manage month-end billing and reporting
Partner Relationships
- Cultivate strong partner relationships and become a trusted partner to affiliates to enable their growth strategies
- Acquire a thorough understanding of their needs, KPIs and requirements and proactively support them
- Develop strategies for partner retention and satisfaction
- Understand the sector's expectations and the partner's activities to offer tailored solutions
- Share best practices and anticipate future partner needs to continually add value
- Bring your strategies and ideas to advance our function's values and vision for the future
What Success Looks Like:
- New partners are successfully onboarded and set up for success.Current partners continue to grow campaigns, revenue and gross profit
- Partners rate us highly on experience, choose to work with us above others and stay with us for the long term
Our Ideal MVFer:
- Experience within the online marketing sector (preferably affiliates/publishers and/or SEO)

- You are analytical, data-driven and organized with a keen eye for detail
