Key Responsibilities:

• Working Capital Management: Oversee WIP and debt management, billing, credit control, and client queries, ensuring the timely completion of financial processes.

• Business Insight & Advisory: Build relationships with stakeholders, offer financial insights, and support P&L performance reporting.

• Business Planning & Projects: Assist in budgeting and forecasting for practice groups and contribute to continuous process improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in business partnering and data-driven financial analysis in a professional services setting.

• Familiarity with global shared services and the legal market.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Experience in an international law firm or matrixed environment is desirable.
