The Role 

LiveScore are seeking a highly motivated individual to support the growth and development of our partner focused insights and brand solutions, via the curation of in-depth performance metrics, industry research, creative ideation and user behavioural analysis.  You will be responsible for proactively and reactively identifying key performance trends, behavioural insight, industry insight and building a library of relevant collateral for both our internal and external commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Implement a commercial insights framework and narrative which drives and underpins all commercial collateral and sales responses, utilising surveys, insights vendors, 1st Party Data surveys and our Data Management Platform (DMP).
  • Serve as the primary stakeholder for the DMP, overseeing audience taxonomies and cohort creation, organisation and utilisation. 
  • Optimise campaigns with commercial audience data targeting key campaign metrics, to improve digital performance and provide compelling post-campaign analysis.
  • Analyse LiveScore global traffic trends, with a specific focus on key territories.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to enable the benchmarking of LiveScore performance, whilst reporting these trends regularly to the Commercial team.
  • Ensure LiveScore becomes the voice of football fans within the media industry, by providing relevant, compelling and consistent research pieces.
  • Build out, maintain and manage brand measurement and user insights surveys. 
  • Enable strategic content performance insight to aid LiveScore’s content strategy. 

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience 

  • Previous experience working in the sports advertising space, preferably publisher side.
  • Experience with commercial deck ideation that is relevant for client briefs and sales pitches.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to build a narrative from data sets.
  • Experience with relevant audience tooling, e.g. DMPs and third party data sources such as Kantar.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Someone who is highly motivated and has a genuine desire to contribute to the growth and success of LiveScore.
