About the Role:

Supports the Commercial and Head of Operations teams by providing effective commercial control, reporting, and cost management across housing contracts. Responsible for validating work order pricing, checking subcontractor submissions, and progressing completed jobs to invoicing to maximise cash collection and minimise unbilled work. Liaises with subcontractors to resolve queries, identify pricing discrepancies, and ensure all costs are recoverable. Monitors contract overheads, including vehicles, tools, stock, and petty cash, while working collaboratively to deliver a commercially sound, customer-focused service in line with health & safety, quality, and contractual standards. Attends relevant meetings and training and provides wider commercial support as required.
