This role is offered on a full in-studio basis or a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days per week in the studio). We can provide a comprehensive relocation support package as part of any offer, should you need to relocate. 

WHAT’S THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our Commercial team who will provide essential support across a range of activities and play a key role in managing day-to-day reporting, ensuring accurate, timely information flows across the department. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Analyst, you’ll this role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with internal systems, learn how the Commercial team operates, and contribute to improving performance and efficiency.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Providing support to the Commercial team to help grow revenue and support the company to achieve a commercial success.
  • Creating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Commercial and wider Publishing teams.
  • Supporting the Senior Commercial Analyst with data analysis and reporting to enhance team performance and commercial awareness.
  • Tracking commercial targets vs. revenue and produce reports for key stakeholders.
  • Monitoring key metrics such as wish lists and provide actionable insights through reporting.
  • Processing code requests from third-party stores and internal teams.
  • Auditing store pages and external content to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Assisting the Commercial Manager with store promotions and the Senior Platform Manager with asset requests.
  • Maintaining and updating guidelines and documentation, ensuring compliance with platform requirements.
  • Generating ad-hoc reports and providing support for other team requests as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and recommend actions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and formulas).
  • Commercially focused and results driven.
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills.

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

  • Interest in video games and/or knowledge of the gaming industry.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or digital product sales/marketing.
