A core focus of the role is to help build practical coaching capability across managers, trainers, emerging leaders and colleagues. The postholder will develop coaching resources, facilitate coaching sessions, support action learning and reflective practice, and help ensure leadership development is transferred into day-to-day management practice.

The role will contribute to a culture of continuous learning, confident leadership and effective people development by supporting accessible, inclusive and practical coaching interventions across HAAS.

What you’ll be doing

  • Gather participant feedback and identify themes to support continuous improvement of iLEAD and wider leadership development activity.

  • Work with the Leadership Development Lead to ensure coaching is integrated into leadership development journeys rather than treated as a standalone activity.

  • Design and deliver bite-sized coaching, manager confidence and skills practice sessions.

  • Support managers to develop effective coaching habits that improve colleague development, engagement, performance and progression.

  • Work with Content, Digital Learning and LMS colleagues to ensure coaching resources are accessible, engaging and available on iLearn where appropriate.

  • Support evaluation of coaching impact, including participant confidence, behaviour change, learning transfer and participant experience.

  • Identify common development themes from coaching activity while maintaining appropriate confidentiality.

  • Build effective relationships with managers, leaders, People & Culture, L&D colleagues, operational stakeholders and iLEAD participants.

  • Promote inclusive, ethical and psychologically safe coaching practice.

  • Maintain a personal development plan and engage in ongoing CPD relevant to coaching, leadership development and L&D.
