We are currently delivering a major Billing Transformation Programme, introducing a new enterprise billing platform to replace our existing system. Alongside this transformation, we must continue to support and maintain our current platform, ensuring continuity and accuracy while carefully managing complex and business-critical data, processes, and structures. This creates a unique opportunity to be part of a high-impact programme, helping to protect and evolve our billing capability while transitioning to a modern, future-ready solution.

We are looking for an experienced and delivery-focused Project Manager to join CNS in Southampton and play a key role in the successful delivery of the Billing Transformation Programme. This role sits at the centre of programme execution, leading critical workstreams focused on system integration and data migration to ensure delivery against scope, timelines, and quality standards.

You’ll work closely with the Programme Manager, Integration Lead, QA, IT teams, and business stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, and Operations to coordinate both technical and business activities. The role requires strong organisational capability and the ability to manage complex dependencies across systems, teams, and delivery phases.

This position is ideal for a project manager who thrives in technically complex environments, enjoys coordinating cross-functional teams, and can drive structured delivery across integration, migration, testing, and deployment activities.

Location: Southampton (Hybrid)

How you will contribute

• Lead the delivery of integration and migration workstreams within the Billing Transformation Programme.
• Develop and manage detailed workstream plans, including milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.
• Ensure delivery aligns with the overall programme timeline and sequencing.
• Coordinate system integration activities across legacy systems, terminal operating systems, and the new billing platform.
• Oversee data migration planning, execution, and validation, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
• Track progress against plans, proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide clear status reporting and updates to the Programme Manager, ensuring visibility of delivery progress.
• Ensure timely escalation of blockers impacting delivery.
• Coordinate activities across IT, QA, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure aligned delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to resolve integration and migration challenges.
• Support planning and coordination of system integration testing (SIT) and UAT activities.
• Ensure defects and issues are tracked, prioritised, and resolved effectively.
• Support cutover planning and ensure readiness for go-live.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, tools, and programme execution practices.

What you will bring

• Proven experience delivering IT projects, system implementations, or data migration initiatives.
• Strong experience managing integration-heavy or technically complex workstreams.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and delivery management capabilities.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams, including both technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with testing processes (SIT/UAT), data migration, and system rollouts.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage risks and dependencies effectively.
• Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented approach to delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, complex environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Resilience and adaptability when working across changing priorities and delivery pressures.
