Cloud Account Executive - Sales Performance Management (SPM) – Nordics & Benelux

About the Role

Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to drive growth for the Sales Performance Management (SPM) product suite across the Nordic and Benelux regions. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, international team that operates like a startup within Salesforce, offering autonomy, creativity, and the flexibility to shape go-to-market strategies.

The SPM portfolio includes industry-leading solutions such as Sales Planning, Salesforce Maps, Enablement (Trailhead), SPIFF, and Agentforce, designed to help organizations plan, execute, and optimize their sales strategies.

To be successful in this role, deep knowledge of the Nordic and Benelux markets is essential. You will be expected to navigate the complexities of these regions, understand customer buying behaviors, and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise organizations.

If you are motivated by solving complex sales performance challenges, working with enterprise customers, and leveraging your regional expertise, this role offers the ideal platform to drive impact and growth.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Growth

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle for SPM solutions in the Nordics & Benelux, focusing on enterprise accounts.

  • Develop and execute a territory strategy, leveraging your knowledge of local industries, key business challenges, and regional buying behaviors.

  • Engage C-level executives, sales leaders, and finance stakeholders to understand their challenges and position SPM solutions effectively.

  • Lead and deliver compelling product demonstrations, helping customers visualize how SPM tools enhance sales planning, execution, and optimization.

  • Collaborate with Product, Enablement, and Marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies tailored for Nordic and Benelux customers.

Customer Engagement & Industry Leadership

  • Build strong relationships with Nordic and Benelux enterprise customers and partners, ensuring long-term adoption of Salesforce SPM solutions.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep regional expertise to help customers optimize their sales performance.

  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and Salesforce-led initiatives to increase awareness of the SPM portfolio in the region.

Innovation & Strategy

  • Be part of a high-performing, international team, operating outside traditional country-based sales models.

  • Help shape Salesforce’s go-to-market strategy for emerging SPM solutions, ensuring alignment with regional market dynamics.

  • Drive creative and localized marketing efforts, including customer events and targeted campaigns to expand reach in Nordic & Benelux markets.

What You Bring

Sales & Territory Expertise

  • 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience (SaaS preferred), with a track record of exceeding quota.

  • Strong knowledge of the Nordic and Benelux markets, including local business environments, industry trends, and customer decision-making processes.

  • Proven success selling into enterprise organizations in these regions, with established relationships at the C-level, sales, and finance functions.

  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to learn and demo multiple solutions within a complex portfolio.

Mindset & Skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives independently.

  • Strong collaboration skills—work effectively with cross-functional teams across different regions.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment that values agility and innovation.

  • Experience in a startup, high-growth, or acquisition-integration environment is a plus.

Why Join This Team?

  • A Startup Within Salesforce - be part of a small, agile team that operates independently while leveraging the power of Salesforce’s global ecosystem.

  • International Exposure - work with a multi-cultural team spanning North America, Europe, and beyond, gaining global sales experience.

  • High Growth Potential - the SPM business unit is expanding rapidly, creating exciting career and leadership opportunities.

  • Creative Freedom - unlike traditional sales roles, this position encourages innovative approaches to marketing, events, and customer engagement.
