Role Overview
The Clinical Application Specialist will support the growth of the PSS and GSS portfolios across French-speaking African markets and selected North African countries.
This role has been established by senior management to strengthen clinical engagement, enhance product knowledge, and ensure successful implementation of Baxter solutions in collaboration with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Engagement
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals—particularly nurses—to demonstrate clinical benefits, best practices, and key features of PSS and GSS products.
Product Demonstrations
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure effective and confident product usage by end users.
Educational Activities
• Organize and deliver webinars, workshops, and seminars to provide in-depth product knowledge and clinical insights.
Distribution Support
• Work closely with distribution partners to support their daily operations and assist in resolving clinical inquiries from healthcare organizations.
Feedback Collection
• Gather and relay feedback from end users to support product development, marketing activities, and sales initiatives.
Market Awareness
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and clinical practices to effectively position Baxter products and identify new opportunities.
Sales Collaboration
• Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities for product introduction and support the implementation of sales strategies.
Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate, organized records of clinical interactions, product usage feedback, and field activities to ensure ongoing improvement and smooth communication across teams.
