Job Description

As a Client Services Executive, you will play a key role in delivering a first-class experience to our high-net-worth clients and introducers within the luxury, classic, and performance car market. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to perform effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

Outstanding communication and relationship management skills are essential, as you will regularly engage with discerning customers, specialist dealers, and internal teams. You will also act as the dedicated point of contact for your assigned introducer accounts, ensuring a seamless, personalised service that reflects the high standards of our brand. 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Supporting the Business Development Managers and managing their accounts. 
  • Building and maintaining relationships with brokers, dealers and end customers. 
  • Processing financial applications from initial proposal stage to pay-out. 
  • Producing various finance agreement documents for customer signature. 
  • Dealing with a high volume of emails and phone calls 
  • Communicating effectively with other departments to ensure smooth day to day operations. 
  • Adhere to all Legal, Regulatory, Compliance and Business policies and procedures. 
  • Continually seek out opportunities to improve the operation and build efficiencies into processes to reduce manual workload 

Qualifications

Skills & Experience 

  • Sales admin/client services/account management within the financial services 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Customer Service experience 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-time environment 
  • Highly organised with ability to prioritise workload 
  • Show initiative to work alone as well as in a team 
  • Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft applications 
  • Must be able to multitask and handle multiple requests 
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to learn new skills as the business grows enabling us to meet service standards 
  • Computer literate (good knowledge of MS Office suite – Excel, Word) 
  • Excellent consumer lending regulatory knowledge and understanding 
  • Ability to understand and fully comply with documented processes and procedures
