Are you a proactive administration professional with strong organisational skills ready to support both our clients and internal teams? Join Trimble's high-performing Client Service team from one of our UK offices, where you will be responsible for software product training schedules, ad hoc client queries and requests as well as sharing client information with the relevant internal team.

What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you’ll report to the Solutions & Education Services Manager and focus on customer support/customer satisfaction for Trimble products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth organisation of training sessions for our software solutions for our customers. You will work closely with the support, training, and sales teams as well as clients and will be key to ensuring our clients continue to receive best in class support delivered through ongoing training as well as escalating any software useability issues to the relevant internal team.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • The consultation, planning, and coordination of client training sessions

  • Documentation, success monitoring, transfer support, and feedback evaluation after training sessions

  • Working with clients and advising on the most suitable training solutions

  • Professional and timely response/handling of training enquiries and concerns via phone or email

  • Complete recording of all customer communication in Salesforce

  • Responsibility for meeting training session timeframe deliverables

  • Working with the Client Service Team to discuss the status of customer training records

  • Communication of customer issues to relevant internal teams

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in a fast-paced detail orientated administrative role in a fast-paced business sector 

  • High level organisational skills to manage multiple training delivery calendars

  • Confident demeanour and enjoyment in customer contact

  • Excellent time management to achieve goals and objectives

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience working in a training setting

  • Experience working in a software business

Logistics:

Location: Leeds, Milton Keynes or Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK - 4 Days in Office

Travel Requirement: 5%
