Our Advertising team sits at the intersection of commerce, data and marketing helping restaurant and grocery partners accelerate growth through smart, insight-led media solutions. From shaping high-impact campaign strategies to optimising performance at scale, we combine commercial acumen with deep marketplace insight to unlock value for our partners while driving sustainable revenue growth for Deliveroo.

We’re looking for a Client Partner, Advertising to join our London team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us lead advertising sales and strategic account management, driving advertising investment and maximising campaign impact for some of our largest restaurant and grocery partners in the UK.

 
What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Advertising team. We focus on building deep partnerships with major brands, understanding their marketing objectives, and delivering high-performing media strategies across our marketplace toolkit.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Drive Commercial Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to increase advertising effectiveness and partner spend by deeply understanding client marketing objectives and challenges.

  • Develop and Pitch Strategies: Craft tailored media strategies that map Deliveroo’s advertising solutions to client needs, leading pitches to senior stakeholders across major restaurant and grocery groups.

  • Oversee Campaign Execution: Coordinate the launch, management, and detailed reporting of campaigns while keeping all internal and external partners aligned.

  • Optimise Performance: Monitor campaign performance metrics proactively, evolving strategies to consistently improve ROI against agreed objectives.

  • Collaborate and Scale: Synthesise ongoing client feedback to help the broader advertising organisation shape product priorities, and share best practices across the account management function.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

  • Significant Commercial Experience: Proven track record in advertising sales or media account management, comfortably handling high-value negotiations with senior executives.

  • Media Ecosystem Expertise: Strong understanding of the advertising landscape, spanning both brand awareness and performance marketing.

  • Relationship Leadership: Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.

  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Advanced ability to synthesise marketplace data and campaign analytics into compelling stories and strategic recommendations.

  • Agility and Ownership: Proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and navigating a fast-paced, evolving marketplace environment.
