Do you love building relationships, creating opportunities, and delivering outstanding client experiences?
As a Client Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in keeping our clients connected and engaged while also supporting the growth of new business. You’ll ensure clients receive the highest level of service, from regular contact and reviews through to first impressions for new prospects. Alongside this, you’ll help generate new opportunities, book adviser appointments, and work with colleagues across the business to deliver meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued
- Book client and prospect appointments into adviser diaries, working to meet team targets
- Respond to new prospect enquiries quickly and professionally, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression
- Keep client and lead data up to date with accuracy and attention to detail
- Work with the Client Opportunity Leader on surveys, reporting, and insights
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to support client communications and provide feedback on results
- Share ideas and contribute to new ways of engaging and interacting with clients
- Support wider business projects and objectives when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or business development role
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence in handling client queries with professionalism
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectively
- A proactive, creative approach to engaging with clients and generating opportunities
- Experience working collaboratively with wider teams and stakeholders
