We’re a social and end-to-end content production agency. Since 2008 we’ve been building an integrated, digital-first offering that combines content excellence with channel best practice to drive performance across our client base. As a values-driven agency, our people are our power. We stay ahead of the game by hiring smart thinkers and giving them back what they put in: through rapid progression, industry-leading benefits and a culture which has been named in Campaign’s Best Places to Work for 7 years running.

We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join the in-house team at one of our top clients.

Embedded within our client's organisation, you'll have the best of both worlds – access to learning from one of the biggest gaming companies in the world, with all the benefits and perks of eight&four agency culture.

  • You’ll be an organised and dependable Production Coordinator, comfortable owning end-to-end production on smaller projects while supporting Producers and creative teams across larger initiatives.
  • You will support the team with administrative work, including onboarding freelancers, setting up contracts, and progress tracking on a project.
  • You’ll work closely with internal creatives and external partners, supporting coordination across projects.
  • You’re a strong team player who builds trust through follow-through, clear communication, and attention to detail.
  • You’re reliable under pressure, proactive in your communication, and stay calm when plans change, knowing when to escalate or ask for support.
  • You engage with available performance and creative data, using it to inform your understanding of the work.
  • You care about doing the job well, supporting the wider team, and ensuring creative work is delivered on time and to a high standard.

This role would be well suited to someone at the early stages of their production career and looking to develop their existing skills while taking on more ownership. The successful candidate will bring a practical approach to production, with an emphasis on quality, collaboration, and getting the basics right.
