OneSpan is looking for a Partner Sales Manager in the UK to join our EMEA Channel team. You will be responsible for collaboratively implementing, managing, and executing the Reseller program. You must be able to set objectives, determine strategies, and implement methods for successful channel sales results.

Key Responsibilities

· Implement and rapidly execute reseller program

· Recruit, onboard and train resellers

· Work with Sales reps and marketing to leverage the channel

· Negotiate business terms and conditions that are within OneSpan guidelines and are fair to both OneSpan and resellers.

· Provide accurate and timely forecasts.

· Achieve “customer intimacy” which will result in customers who are satisfied 100% of the time.

· Responsible for creating and executing a pipeline generation plan that leads to partners exceeding their annual incremental and net new business needs

· Properly articulate the Onespan strategy, value proposition, and solution offerings to partners

· Responsible for aligning and engaging partners with multiple resources such as field sales, solutions engineers, support team, professional services, product management

Minimum Requirements:

· You have 6+ years of overall ICT-sector experience in direct and/or partner/channel sales and indirect sales of SW/HW products within the assigned territory

· You have 4+ years of channel sales experience at a reseller or vendor (preferred) in the field of Security

· You have End user selling experience (direct touch or direct sales)

· You have excellent communication skills and a positive, client centric attitude

· An energetic self-starter with a consultative sales approach who is pro-active in increasing sales revenue

· Self-motivated, committed, entrepreneurial and proactive sales style, “can do mentality”

· Result-driven and committed to creating new business opportunities

· Expert at contacting executive-level prospects and execute high-level business and technology discussions

· Willing to frequently travel within the assigned territory
