What you will do

1. Drive business growth across Spain, Portugal, Czech, and Poland, by executing sales targets and regional market development plans.

2. Manage day-to-day communication with distributors and retail partners in assigned territories, ensuring timely execution of orders, inventory management, promotions, merchandising, marketing assets, and content updates.

3. Lead new product launches, promotional initiatives, and in-store optimization projects, while tracking sell-in and sell-out performance and providing actionable business feedback.

4. Support sales forecasting, regional data collection, and performance reporting to ensure accurate and timely business insights.

5. Regularly report to management on sales performance, channel development, campaign ROI, and competitive market intelligence, while recommending resource allocation and strategic adjustments to accelerate growth.

 

Skills, qualifications and experience we look for

1. Bachelor's degree or above. Native-level Spanish and fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multinational business environment.
2. 2-5 years of experience in channel sales, key account management, retail sales, or business development, preferably within consumer electronics, AI products, smart devices, premium consumer technology, or fast-growing hardware brands.
3. Proven experience managing distributors, retailers, or key accounts, with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret sell-in, sell-out, inventory, pricing, and channel performance to make informed business decisions.
4. Strong in communication and execution, with the ability to drive projects and business initiatives to completion. Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, communication, and business execution.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment and capable of collaborating across different cultures and markets. Willingness to travel frequently to visit clients and adapt to a multi-country, multi-time-zone working environment.
