The Integrated Marketing Manager will localize and execute integrated marketing campaigns for Plaud in the Benelux region, collaborating across teams and managing agencies to track performance and optimize results.

Identify and onboard European TikTok creators, manage full creator BD cycle (outreach, negotiation, sampling, briefings), maintain CRM and track GMV/views/engagement/ROI, coordinate sampling and campaign execution cross-functionally, and analyze performance with weekly reporting to the TikTok lead.

Lead Plaud's EMEA channel and retail strategy, drive revenue and profitability via distributors and retailers, launch products, manage forecasting and inventory, and coach regional channel sales team while partnering cross-functionally.

Drive sales growth across DACH and Nordics through distributor and retailer management, product launches, pricing, retail activations, and cross-functional collaboration. Monitor sell-in/sell-out, inventory, and market trends to inform strategy and expand channel partnerships.

Lead end-to-end French-market localization of product marketing assets, build and maintain French term/product description database, plan and produce French SEO content, collaborate with global teams to manage briefs and deliverables, and use AI/translation tools to accelerate drafts while ensuring editorial quality.

Manage and grow channel sales across French-speaking EMEA: execute regional market plans, coordinate distributors and retail partners, lead product launches and promotions, track sell-in/sell-out performance, support forecasting and reporting, and take ownership of business operations for assigned countries.

Localize and execute integrated marketing campaigns for France across PR, influencer, paid media, and sales channels; manage agencies and cross-functional partners; track and analyze campaign performance and optimize future executions.

Drive channel sales across Spain, Portugal, Czechia, and Poland by managing distributors and retail partners, launching products and promotions, tracking sell-in/sell-out, supporting forecasting and reporting, and recommending strategic adjustments to accelerate growth.
