Your Role at impact.com:

The Channel Partnerships Associate is a contributor for the growth of Impact.com’s ecosystem of agencies, tech platforms & other emerging channel partners. Key performance indicators for the Channel Partnerships Development Associate are: identification of new channel partner profiles, delivery of enablement, partner productivity & efficient referral liaison. It is essential that the person in the position maintain a structured approach to tracking channel partner maturity and supporting Customer Success and Sales teams with channel partner insights & opportunitiesChannel Partnerships team to advance existing relationships and in sourcing new partnerships.

What You'll Do:

  • Generalist knowledge of impact.com tools incl. / Performance, / Creator, / Advocate & AffluentPractical use of external tools i.e. Crossbeam, Partner Page,& Salesforce.
  • Develop outbound prospecting, relevant to channel partner profiles, creating specific flows and continuing
    to adjust the approaches in reaction to success rates
  • Monitor and responds to inbound channel partner enquiries, ensuring a 24 hour response time
  • Nurture new channel partnerships from initial engagement, through to an established relationship, connecting across available platforms and in
    person at meetings/events.
  • Deliver tailored enablement on affiliate, influencer & referral marketing, to coach channel partners in growth opportunities for their business & their clients 
  • Ensure data hygiene on channel partner records to track productivity & profile accuracy for reporting purposes
  • Own emerging channel partner  touchpoints to set KPIs and track mutual milestones
  • Support the preparation of business reviews and ad-hoc meeting series with established channel partners, presenting
    content and contributing to discussion
  • Enjoy networking, establishing relationships, identifying common interests and earning trust.
  •  Collaborate effectively with Customer Success & Sales teams to provide channel partner recommendations, justifying fits and coordinating introductions


What You Have:

  • Affiliate and/or Influencer experience (1+ years) 
  • Moderate experience using SaaS products
  • Moderate knowledge of Impact.com products
  • Moderate to Advanced understanding of competitor technology and business models
  • Moderate understanding of the UK performance marketing agency landscape
  • SalesForce

  • Google Suite
