The role

In this role, you will be a key member of the Change & Transformation Office, supporting the delivery of a diverse portfolio of programmes and projects. You will bring rigour to governance, challenge delivery teams where needed, and ensure consistent standards are applied across all initiatives. You are highly organised, comfortable working with data, and able to translate complex information into clear insights. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, and experience within financial services or pensions would be beneficial.

What we can offer you

A competitive salary depending on experience, 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays and a generous annual bonus plan.
