Provide first-class front-of-house, security, and administrative support for a corporate office. Greet and assist visitors, manage sign-in and access control, coordinate hospitality and meeting support, maintain meeting rooms and office standards, handle correspondence and deliveries, and support site security and facilities processes to ensure a safe, welcoming workplace.

Three-month Communications Manager secondment to own day-to-day external communications for building-safety projects. Produce leaseholder/resident and project communications, translate complex updates into clear, empathetic messaging, manage sign-offs, maintain a communications tracker, coordinate stakeholders and contractors, and respond calmly to sensitive or time-critical issues.

Lead and deliver change projects across the organisation, ensuring adherence to Railpen's Change Management approach and governance. Collaborate with business stakeholders to plan, drive timely, auditable delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, influence senior leaders, and manage front/middle/back office change with strong controls and stakeholder engagement.

Join the Change & Transformation team to analyse business processes, gather and define requirements, and support end-to-end delivery of investment-focused change and data projects. Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams during system implementations and data transformation initiatives across middle and back office functions (IBoR, trade support). Lead workshops, challenge current ways of working, and ensure solutions align to business needs and technical capabilities.

Partner with Executive and senior leaders to design and deliver people strategies, lead workforce planning and organisational change, manage performance, talent and succession cycles, advise on employee relations (including trade unions), use data and market insight to improve effectiveness, coach senior stakeholders and develop People Business Partner capability across the organisation.

Provide expert Employee Relations advice and case management across disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and conflict matters; support investigations; develop and implement people policies; partner with leaders to identify people risks, influence decision-making, work with unions, and use data to drive improvements in a regulated pension fund environment.

The Project Manager will oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to change management policies and collaboration with stakeholders in the financial services industry to meet strategic goals.
