The role manages integrated plans, dependencies, risks, benefits, resources and investment decisions; facilitates governance forums; conducts assurance reviews; improves PMO standards and AI-enabled practices; and coaches or line-manages PMO colleagues.

The role evaluates demand, investment, capacity, risk, dependencies and organisational readiness; facilitates trade-off decisions; oversees portfolio performance and benefits; and provides strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders. It connects business strategy with change delivery, supports investment planning, improves governance and management information, and deputises for the Director of Change and Transformation when required.

Supports planning, governance, reporting, project controls, stakeholder coordination, documentation, milestone tracking, and risk and issue management across change initiatives. The role coordinates business, technology, and third-party teams while leading defined workstreams or lower-complexity projects under supervision.
