Lead oversight of operational and overseas tax matters across investment portfolios, focusing on withholding tax recovery, international tax compliance (FATCA/CRS), tax reporting, custody structures and transactional taxation. Manage relationships with custodians, fund managers and external advisers, mitigate operational tax risks, improve processes, and coach a Tax Associate while supporting broader tax advisory and compliance activities.

The Project Manager will oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to change management policies and collaboration with stakeholders in the financial services industry to meet strategic goals.

Lead the responsible adoption of AI across the organisation by establishing AI governance, risk management and assurance frameworks. Advise project teams, integrate AI risk into broader governance, and build organisational capability to ensure AI is deployed transparently, securely and in line with risk appetite.
