Job Description

About the role

The Change Migration Lead will play a key role in ensuring the Target Operating Model is delivered across central Tech teams and the OpCo’s. For completeness this role will focus on the changes to - processes, systems, technology, and people for the required future organisation structure. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change strategies and plans that maximise adoption and minimise resistance. They will work closely with the I&O Director and Senior stakeholders across Central Tech and OpCo’s to ensure business readiness for utilisation of the target operating model to increase benefit realisation and the achievement of results and outcomes for the organisation. The role will need to work through others, across Tech Central teams and OpCos to succeed.

In this role, you will be accountable for

• Identifying the critical criteria for People, Process and Technology and associated timelines for transition to succeed. Creating change management initiatives to support.

• Applying a structured change methodology and leading change activities

• Identify and prepare risk mitigation tactics

• Support organisation stakeholders across central tech and OpCos for transition of Operating model realisation

• Create actionable deliverables for critical change levers – communication plan, training plan, resistance plan

• Develop strong relationship with stakeholders. Supporting and engaging with senior leaders and people managers.

• Track and report issues for people, process, and technology – ensuring actions are owned, managed, tracked, and delivered.

• Evaluate and ensure readiness for transition

• High degree of organisation, individual initiative, and personal accountability.

• Experience and knowledge of change principles, methodologies, and tools

• Forward looking holistic approach

• Demonstrates clear leadership and an ability to influence and persuade across the organisation at senior levels, leading by example and aligning stakeholder groups

• Ability to work at all levels of the organisation

• Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and disseminate important messages to any audience

• Collaborative, open working, resulting in recognition as a valued partner by colleagues, customers, and senior stakeholders across the organisation

• Clear decision-making ability, judging complex situations and assess when to escalate issues
